1. First-Time Purchase Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only for first-time purchases of our dog supplement products.
  • To qualify, a minimum of 50% of the soft chews (i.e., 30 chews) must still be in the package when returned.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

If these criteria are not met (for example, if it’s not your first order or fewer than 30 chews remain), please refer to our general return policy below.


2. General Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  3. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or items with an expiration date)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

4. Refunds
